  1. Bodyshells
Bodyshells to be any ABS shell with windows completely removed as close to original car as possible, only One bodyshell per meeting.You are allowed to use another shell for demolition derbys only

2 Roof Fins

( ABS only.)These must be fitted to the roof of the car and must have any sharp edges removed max height 2in. They must have the drivers' number clearly visible.
3. Names
Drivers' name or nickname must be visible on both sides of the car.

  1. Bumpers
These are not permitted.
5. Strengthening & Repairs
You may use glue sticks, tape, cable ties, plastic joining plates or plastic door plate in conjunction with nuts & bolts as to their full size counterparts. The above repair methods are allowed anywhere on the inside of the bodyshell only.
6.    Mascots etc.
 No external mascots or bolt on engines etc.
7.   Final Preparation
The external painting of the car must be neatly finished, with no unsightly, rude, or offensive slogans or gestures.
8.    Chassis
These must be as per the V12 kit item with the following limitations: -
  1. If left to the original V12 length, the chassis must be used with a shell that is made to fit its size properly.
  2. Limousine chassis must be the same thickness as the alley V12 chassis. Maximum length for a Limousine chassis with bodyshell is 2 ½' &  maximum  thickness 3mm, any Limousine entered must represent a full size version of the vehicle. 
  3. Counter sunk screws/chassis may not be used.                                                                                                                                     
9    Body Mounts
You may use 2,3 or 4 mounts. These must not be made of metal, not exceeding 10mm in width and must not protrude more than 10mm through the bodyshell.
10.    Speed Controller
Mechanical & resistor types only. No Electronic Speedos.
11.    Servo Saver
Any type permitted.
12.    Ball Races
These may only be used on the back axle.
13.    Pinions & Spur Gears
32dp gears only. Only Standard Mardave rear wheel/spur gear combination to be used.
14.    Motors
Only standard Mardave Kit 540 or Mardave SH (G1 & G2) motors. Heatsinks can be fitted.
15.    Tyres
Foam tyres only to be used. No tyre additives permitted.
16.    Batteries
Only 4 cell Sub C NiCads & ni-mh cells permitted, max 3000 Mah, and must be covered in clear heat shrink or the manufacturers covering with identification clearly visible.
17.   Transponders
Transponders must not be mounted to the body.
